SORT IT is an European research project proposing to the call “New Technologies for Waste Sorting” in the Seventh Research Framework Programme of the European Union. The project will provide the technology for paper recovery from various collection systems.

Briljant focuses on the latter by reducing the amount of water put into the paper during procurement of the paper with sizing, laminating or coating. The main focus is on sizing and laminating.

Susprise (Green Biorefinery)
Green Biorefinery stands for the sustainable and highly integrated processing of green biomass into multiple products. The project deals with the assessment and development of required technology for selected feedstock and evaluates market potential for out-products as well as the implementation potential for introduced processes.
